Company details are published in the Estonian e-Business Register. Aivon is not registered for VAT. Using the site does not, by itself, make you a client.

The site describes what Aivon offers. The descriptions are general. A free workflow audit is a conversation about your processes. It is not a promise of a particular result, timeline, or saving.

We may change, pause, or remove pages. We try to keep the site accurate, and we do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors.

If you use the contact form, or email info@aivonsystems.com, you agree that what you send is accurate and that we may reply about that enquiry. You can also email us directly. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to those details.

Please don't send confidential information you are not ready for us to read, and don't send anything unlawful, misleading, or that belongs to someone who has not agreed.

The newsletter is optional. The signup box is unchecked until you tick it and confirm you want occasional notes. Each note will tell you how to unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe by emailing info@aivonsystems.com. We will stop using that address for the newsletter.

If we work together, the scope, price, timeline, and who owns the result are set out in a separate written agreement. Until that agreement is in place, neither of us has to start the work or pay for it. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept just by sending the form.

If a project agreement and these website terms ever conflict, the project agreement wins for that project.

Automation depends on your tools, your data, and how a process actually runs. We do not guarantee a specific number of hours saved, a revenue figure, or that a tool will be free of errors.

The supplier follow-up page describes a free concierge pilot with a limited number of spots. Sending the form is a request to be considered. It does not reserve a spot, start the pilot, or create a contract. The page does not take payment.

The follow-up email generator writes a draft from the details you enter. It runs in your browser. You are responsible for checking the draft before you send it, including drafts in Estonian, Finnish, Swedish, and German, which are machine-drafted. The generator does not contact your suppliers, and it is not a connection to your mailbox.

During an accepted pilot, you approve each supplier email before it is sent, and you send the approved text from your own inbox. A separate written note will confirm the start and the end of those 14 days. Until then, neither of us has to begin.

When you use the site, please don't:

• try to break, probe, or overload it
• scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people
• send spam or unlawful content through the forms
• pretend to be someone else

The site design, text, and the Aivon name belong to Aivon Systems OÜ unless a page says otherwise. You may share links to the site. Please don't copy the site and present it as your own.

Work we show — including Aivon Calm Assist, this website, and Ingel Anna Paintings — is here so you can see what we have made. Names of other products and people stay with their owners.

To the extent Estonian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of this marketing site, or for decisions you make based only on what you read here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Estonian law does not allow us to limit, including liability for intent.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. The courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. That does not take away any mandatory rights you have that cannot be waived. The site is aimed at businesses.

We will change the date at the top of this page when the terms change. The version published here applies to your use of the site from that date.
