How the 14 days work

We have not built a product for this yet. For two weeks we do the drafting with you, by email, and you stay in control of every send.
Share your open orders
Email us a spreadsheet or the list you already keep. You choose which purchase orders to include. Do not send anything you are not ready for us to read.
We draft the follow-up
We write the chase for that order: a missing confirmation, a ship date, tracking, or an overdue delivery. The tone can be polite, firm, or a last reminder.
You approve every email
We send the draft to you. You can change it. It goes to the supplier only after you approve it, and you send the approved text from your own inbox. We are not connected to your mailbox, and we do not write to the supplier on our own.
A daily digest, by email
We email a short note of what was drafted, what you approved, and what is still open. There is no dashboard to log into.
